At Lucia Fashion, we carefully inspect all items before shipping to ensure the highest quality. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you originally ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@luciafashion.store.

To process your request, please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the item and the packaging.

Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
